Returned Goods Policy
- Products are returnable to GRM Flow Products only by contacting the GRM order desk or through the Sales Department. All returned products require a “Returned Goods #” as provided by GRM Flow Products. This policy applies to all products purchased from GRM Flow Products and applies to both Direct and Third Party returns.
- No credit will be issued for products not in their original resalable condition. Used un-salable product and special order items will not be given credit. Customary return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. (Pre-paid).
- Products shipped in error by GRM Flow Products are subject to 100% replacement credit if returned in original condition within thirty (30) days of receipt. Customary return shipping charges will be paid for by GRM Flow Products. (Collect).
- A 15% restocking charge will be applied against all merchandise returned to GRM Flow Products due to customer order error.
- Credit will be issued only to direct accounts and will be in the form of credit on account.
- A customer credit will be issued within 10 business days from the time returned product is received by GRM Flow Products.
Pre-order items: Product listed as a pre-order item online are not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for
pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.
